Wonderful Side and back Extension

We were very happy with the work that Loft, Sergiu and their team did on our extension. They delivered on time and to a high standard, they worked weekends/long hours to ensure the work progressed on schedule and also paid close attention to detail, to ensure everything was addressed and that the finish was excellent quality. They were very responsive to any requests we made to changes from the original plans and often provided helpful suggestions for improvements. Loft Conversion

CorePro are a dedicated, professional and trustworthy team, whose quality of work and attention to detail sets them apart.

Our project involved a flat conversion in a Victorian house to create a new bedroom as well as a full renovation. From the initial meeting with director Ion, I was impressed with the ideas put forward for the new layout as well as the detail within the scope of work, which made it easy for me to see how the budget broke down. There were details which we had not considered previously and Ion was direct but honest about what would be required.

Ion offered informative advice throughout the planning process and once we’d been granted our planning permissions, the building project was expertly handled by Sergiu.

The project ran to schedule and any problems/issues along the way were resolved quickly by Sergiu and his team. Sergiu’s attention to detail is very impressive and as well as managing each trade, he ensures that the work done is of a high quality.

They had an additional headache with their client (yours truly!) being onsite most days working in order to save on the budget. Their team were not only good to work with, but offered helpful advice for the work we were carrying out, with us being novices in the DIY world!

Overall they did a great job, we’d highly recommend them.

Full refurbishment

Ion’s team have just completed a kitchen refurbishment project for us, and we are delighted at how quickly the work was done and to such a high standard. The work involved knocking down a wall between the old kitchen and dining room, replacing the boiler, re-plastering and painting, and installing new kitchen units, as well as removing all the old fixtures, fittings and units. Val the foreman and his team worked all the hours they could to get the work done quickly, and it was completed in two weeks. They were respectful of the house and minimised the disruption to us.

I am very happy with the outcome of this job. It was quite complex in the sense that a whole structure of steel beams was needed to support the loft because the existing structure was wood. So not having done this before, I was concerned – I had to have confidence that this would go smoothly – otherwise with two neighbours either side, I would have a problem to deal with. The end results are excellent. I like Ion’s precision in tracking the budget, and details of the job, even advising me to alter the plan early on to give better roof space. The finish is a very high standard too. Overall, would recommend Corepro and happy to answer queries from potential clients.

CorePro Ltd offer an intelligent, attentive and totally reliable service. I employed them to carry out major refurbishments at my new flat – which involved totally rewiring the electrics, extensive plumbing works and demolishing and relocating walls. They also helped me to realise my plans to install a new kitchen and bathroom, build new cupboards, instate oak flooring and to paint and decorate throughout.

After a thoughtful first meeting with Ion, Artiom took over the project management of the entire works – which evolved somewhat over three months! Despite which, Artiom was good humoured and patient in helping achieve my particular brief and it was always a pleasure to talk things through.

Ion and Artiom did a fantastic job with our refurbishment. Initially we requested a quote only for our bathroom renovation – but ended up asking Ion to quote for the full top to toe works in our 2 bed flat. We also had some work done outside including installation of a drain, fixing a roof tile and some re pointing of brick work. Everything has truly exceeded our expectations. It was quite an overwhelming job with so much to consider, but Ion and Artiom’s management, consultation and advice was spot on. We look forward to having them back to quote for our future extension and kitchen makeover!

Renovation of 2 bed flat

Ion and Sergiu did a fantastic job of renovating our flat. They removed two walls to create a kitchen diner, replaced the kitchen to an excellent standard with all appliances. The bathroom and toilet room was refurbished. The tiling and wallpaper is excellent. The plumbing is great too. We had a macerator toilet installed and it’s been great. Sergiu and Ion are fantastic to work with. They have a lot of time for their clients. They are innovative, offer ideas and solutions. I will be getting them to do our bedrooms next year!

Ion and Artiom have just completed my kitchen refurbishment job in a small top floor flat. I couldn’t fault their work throughout the job – they were reliable, trustworthy and recommended the best options for me. They carried out quite significant gas, plumbing and electrical work. I was living in the flat at the time, and they were as tidy as possible. Ion was incredibly helpful in the initial stages – he went to Howdens on my behalf after our initial meeting and managed the design process. You and your team worked diligently to get the job done to a high level, including your willingness to work on weekends. The decorating work you did, including paintwork in very non-user-friendly chalky matt paints was second to none and looks amazing. With all-white walls, high ceilings and shutters a perfect finish was essential. The carpentry work is exactly what was needed in a difficult space. As we were living at home whilst the work was carried out, the fact you always left the place clean and tidy and the end of the day helped a lot!
